yeswetrust has partnered with TryWork to start the journey of aligning our community with the UN Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs). Companies are speaking about sustainability nowadays, and many want to switch their
career and work for a better purpose. But what does it take to become a sustainability expert? We are glad to provide you with a special opportunity as our community member to join our first sustainability
educational-practical program.

What will it be?

It will be a dive-in journey to sustainability learning and application, with soft and hard skills workshops
guided by top sustainability experts.

20 WEEKS – where you will build your professional portfolio, a period long enough to be recognised as working experience

17 SDGS – each week you will learn the theory and actual application of one SDG

6 ROLES – to understand what it feels like to be a true sustainability changemaker

2 HOURS – per day to make sure you keep a healthy life and work balance

ONE PURPOSE – through Ikigai weekly evaluation, you will go through the journey of understanding your purpose

What will you be doing?

You will be working on implementing greener operations and sourcing green products and solutions for the ywt
app.
You will gain invaluable experience on how to source, transform and manage real-world data into sustainable
approaches, lead your team to success, build operational processes, and more. In doing so you will build a strong
portfolio for your future career.

What do I need to participate in the program?

1. The desire to contribute to global sustainable development.
2. A commitment of two hours per day.
3. Basic knowledge in the sustainability field.
4. Standard knowledge of Google sheets, project management applications, and documentation/data handling.

What do I receive after completing the program?

You will receive the benefits of the program once you pass the 85% total assessment rate. This rating system was
created to ensure the transparency of your contribution
to the program and each participants’ efforts. These benefits are:

• Proof of on-work experience
• Signed by CEO reference letters
• Full-fledged professional portfolio
• Tailored CV/Resume
• Certification of attendance in educational-practical workshops in the sustainability field

Terms of participation

• The program is provided exclusively free of charge for ywt users with a total worth of 2000 USD
• Due to the high number of student applications, the program will start on 12th of June 2022
